Contact City Hall at 361-972-3605 and request the change in service.  A work order will need to be signed.  This can be done in person, by fax, or by email.  To begin new service, a deposit and connection fee will need to be paid prior to work being done.  We also need a copy of the driver's license and social security card for the person turning on service.  To stop service, a signature and forwarding address are needed.
